If you wish to cancel your booking

(a) you can notify us by email to hello@stoneshouse.co.uk  before we have accepted your booking.

(b) Any admin related query call us or email we respond straight way .

Returning Online Orders

Returning online orders is easy and FREE in UK we only delivered to uk only we don’t delivered international .
& Return within 14 days from the date of dispatch .
Follow this step as mentioned below.

1. Enter your order details
2. Let us know your order ref no you want to return .
3. once we received order return request we keep in touch with customer and start processing the return .
4. Before returning the item make sure its fully packed and all items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Refunds

You can get refund if is requested within 14 days .
Follow the steps below:
1. Let us know your order ref no with full details
2. Select the order you want to get refund
3. Return your item through our selected method within 14 days. Your refund will be allocated once we received full item
in a condition which you have received from us within 7 days you received refund after date of item we have received within 14 days
4. Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of stone house . We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
Delivery costs will not be refunded.
